1. Who you are writing to

CareerTrends is operated by Tenzin Choedak, an individual seller in the United States. All email below reaches that person. Charges on your statement appear as TENZIN CHOEDAK.

This is the address for everything: support, billing, refunds, privacy requests and data corrections.

3. Things you can do without writing to us

• Delete your account. It is self-serve and immediate from your account page. You do not need to ask us, and you do not need to give a reason. If a subscription is still active, cancel it first: a live subscription blocks deletion so that you are never charged with no account to see the charge in.
• Cancel your membership. Choose Manage billing & cancellation on your account page. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
• Change your digest. Turn the weekly email digest on or off in your account. It is off unless you opt in.
• Remove companies or searches. Edit your watchlist and saved searches directly in your account.

4. What to include

So that we can find your account, include the email address you signed in with, and for anything billing-related the date and amount of the charge. Do not send card numbers, bank details or passwords: we do not need them and we will never ask for them.

5. Privacy and data requests

For access, correction or objection requests, write to the address above. The Privacy Policy explains what is collected, who it is shared with, and what deletion removes and retains.

6. Reporting a problem with the data

If a company's figures look wrong, tell us the company and the date, and include a link to the public board if you have one. Open postings represent hiring intent, not confirmed hires or headcount, and public boards can be incomplete or stale; the Terms of Service describes those limits.
